Lone Star Hotel needs one Chef who can start immediately. We are in North Battleford, Saskatchewan.

Wage: $18.50 per hour for 35 to 40 hours per week

Term of Employment: Permanent; Full-Time

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Languages: English

Education: Secondary school graduation certificate

Experience: 2 – 3 years

Personal Suitability: Effective interpersonal skill; Team player; Flexibility; Organized; Dependability

Job Duties:
• Plan menus for business center and restaurant
• Prepare and cook complete meals or specialty foods
• Instruct kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food
• Create new recipes for daily or weekly specials
• Supervise kitchen staff
• Requisition food and kitchen staff

Cuisine Specialties: Western cuisine
