We need one (1) Shift Manager who can start immediately. Our business location is in Camrose, Alberta.

Wage: $19.00 per hour for 30 – 44 hours per week

Terms of Employment: Permanent; Full-Time
Applicant with part-time availability to cover full shift are encouraged to apply.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Languages: English

Education: Secondary school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 to 2 years

Ability to Supervise: Staff in various areas of responsibility.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
Fast paced environment; Combination of sitting, standing, walking; Standing for extended periods.

Job Duties:
• Supervise, direct, and co-ordinate activities of food counter attendants and cashiers.
• Set staff work schedules.
• Ensure that food and service meet franchise standards.
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
• Maintain minimum stock levels for day-to-day operations.
• Order inventory from our designated suppliers.
• Resolve customer complaints.
• Ensure health and safety regulations as designated by the franchise are followed.
• Ensure compliance with guidelines of Food Handling Permit issued by the Alberta Health Services
• Prepare reports as per franchise specifications.

Work Setting: Fast food outlet

Workers Supervise: Food service counter attendants and food prepares.
