• Promoting the organization and products.
• Recruit, and train new staff members.
• Monitor the performance of employees to ensure that assigned tasks are fulfilled.
• Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales department.
• Implement new sale strategies to increase the revenue of the company.
• Meet and negotiate with clients and make strong relationship.
• Coach sales team members about negotiation and on building relationship with clients.
• Mentor and train employees about new sale strategies.
