Job Duties:
• Oversee all administrative aspects of the organization.
• Implement administrative procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety.
• Establish work priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
• Managing incoming and outgoing paperwork.
• Delegate duties to office staff / administrative assistants.
• Prepare special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
• Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
