Job Description:
Education: Completion of Secondary School is required
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Highly organized, diligent, and flexible
Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet changing deadlines
Excellent communication skills
Job Duties:
• Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
• Determine and establish office procedures and routines
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
• Answer electronic inquiries, compile data, statistics, and other information
• Order supplies and maintain inventory
• Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
• Greet people and direct them to contacts or service area
• Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and coordinate the flow of information
• Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
