 Duties:

• Supervise the activities of landscape maintenance workers.
• Establish work schedules and procedures.
• Plan and estimate the material and labour requirement for each contract.
• Review of the plant health, soil, water, and other environmental conditions.
• Resolve conflicts of the staff members.
• Organize planting of trees, gardens, and lawns.
• Hire and train new staff members.
• Order materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Organise installation of decks, patios, and fences.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Keep track of inventory and maintain financial and personnel records.
