Education : Secondary School.

Experience : 7 months to less than 1 year

Duties:
Establish methods to meet work schedules.
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
Ensure that all product and packaging is properly merchandised and stocked.
Instructs staff about food handling procedures and reports to restaurant management
Provides orientation and monitors new team members

Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
