Salary: $18.50/Hourly

Job Duties:

– Provide work direction and supervision to other staff

– Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures

– Ensure that other staff work in compliance with established safe work practices and procedures

– Establish work schedules and methods to meet work schedules

– Prepare budget and cost estimates

– Estimate and order ingredients and supplies

– Ensure food service and quality control are met

– Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage

– Promote and maintain excellent customer relations and effective ongoing communication with all levels of staff

– Other tasks, duties and assignments as directed by the Manager.

Education: High School

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Language: English
