Job Duties:
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes: like chicken and beef patties, Burgers, Grilled onions.
Schedule and supervise kitchen staff and helpers
Handling food and cooking equipment
Oversee kitchen operations
Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food,
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
Inspect and clean kitchen and work area

May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and
order supplies
