Duties:

• Coordinates and monitors schedule updates, invoices, and appointments.
• Supervise the jobsite to ensure work is being done right and on schedule.
• Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Manage, coordinate, oversee, control, and evaluate construction projects from start to finish according to specifications, budgets, and timelines.
• Reporting progress and issuing schedules to clients.
• Recruit, hire, and supervise subcontractors and subordinates.
• Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.
• Purchasing construction materials and acquiring land.
• Negotiate with clients, architects, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors contract revisions, changes, and prepare contracts.
• Make and submit budget estimates for construction projects.
• Developing and executing quality assurance programs.
• Negotiate business and union contracts on behalf of the company.
