Ypa Realty is looking for a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join their team in Surrey as soon as possible.

We have exciting opportunities for a new and experienced Marketing Coordinator in the Lower Mainland area.YPA Realty is a fast-paced, dynamic real estate company experiencing continual growth. We currently have an office in Surrey and are poised for further growth.

Job Duties:

• Develop policies
• Perform administrative tasks
• Respond to inquiries from members of the business community concerning development opportunities
• Act as spokesperson for an organization
• Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies
• Develop and organize workshops, meetings, ceremonies, and other events for publicity, fundraising, and information purposes
• Review and evaluate commercial or industrial development proposals
• Design market research questionnaires
• Prepare funding applications
• Develop marketing strategies
• Develop and implement business plans

Job Requirements:

Education – Bachelor’s Degree

Experience- 1 to less Than 2 years of Experience is Required

Salary: $27.50 Hourly for 30 to 40 Hours Per Week.
