Sales Supervisor – Retail

We are looking to hire two Supervisors to join our team as soon as possible. We are looking for two motivated individuals who can be team players and work on their own. You might need to perform the following tasks:

• Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
• Assign sales workers to duties
• Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
• Order merchandise
• Establish work schedules
• Sell merchandise
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers
