Duties:
Supervise the activities of landscape maintenance workers.
Establish work schedules and procedures.
Plan and estimate the material and Labour requirement for each contract.
Review of the plant health, soil, water, and other environmental conditions.
Resolve conflicts of the staff members.
Organize planting of trees, gardens, and lawns.
Hire and train new staff members.
Order materials, equipment, and supplies.
Organize installation of decks, patios, and fences.

Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Keep track of inventory and maintain financial and personnel records.
