Duties:
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant.
Determine type of services to be offered and put in place operating processes.
Address Customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
Establish work schedules for employees and monitor their performance.
Recruit, train and supervise staff.
Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
Provide excellent customer service.
