Job Duties:

• Manage agricultural crop growing and harvesting operations.
• Supervise the duties of general farm workers & laborers.
• Create Schedule and assign duties to workers as required.
• Maintain safety and quality standards.
• Order equipment and materials.
• Keep track of production and quality control data.
• Hire and train new workers.
• Oversee the maintenance of farm machinery, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Perform general farm duties.
