Duties:                

• Organize and coordinate work schedule of sales staff
• Understand customer needs and provide support accordingly.
• Hire, train and supervise new sales staff
• Resolve client complaints in a timely manner.
• Meet all sales targets and track monthly and quarterly performances.
• Order merchandise and maintain inventory
• Maintain accurate record of pricing, sales volumes, and activities.
• Maintain the cleanliness and display of the store.
• Implementing marketing strategies and authorize payments.
