Duties: 

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant.
• Determine type of services to be offered and put in place operating processes.
• Address Customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
• Establish work schedules for employees and monitor their performance.
• Recruit, train and supervise staff.
• Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
