Great Canada Construction Ltd. located at 7716 117A Street, Delta, BC, Canada V4C 7T8 requires three Fulltime / Permanent Carpenters to join operations immediately. We welcome and encourage Youth, New immigrants, and Aboriginal people.

Job Duties:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements.
• Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools.
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials.
• Maintain, repair and renovate wooden structures in residential & commercial establishments.
• Supervise other workers.
• May prepare cost estimates based on home plans.

Salary: $29/Hourly (Minimum 32 hrs/week)
Language: English

Work location: Various locations in lower mainland.

Eligibility Requirements:
o Completion of secondary school
o At least 2 years of experience in the trade
OR 3 to 4 years apprenticeship program in carpentry
