The Pizza Castle Restaurant Ltd. DBA The Pizza Castle & Indian Curry located at 1110 Commercial Drive, Vancouver, British Columbia V5L 3X2 requires two Full time/ Permanent Food Service Supervisors to join operations immediately. We welcome and encourage Youth, New immigrants, and Aboriginal people.

Job Duties:

• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food;
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation;
• Establish work schedules and procedures;
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage;
• Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures;
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards;
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns;
• Participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets.

Salary: $17/Hourly (Minimum 32 hrs/week)
Qualification requirements:
Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
Experience: Minimum two years of relevant work experience is required.
