Mango Insurance needs one (1) Regional Insurance Manager. We are in Calgary, Alberta.
Wage: $54.50 per hour
Terms of Employment: Permanent; Full-time
Employment Conditions: Overtime, Day, Weekend
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Languages: English
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 2 – 3 years in related occupation

Job Duties:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the activities of departments that provides insurance services.
• Advise the Director with branch sales activities.
• Responsible for Business development
• Ensure that the teams reach performance levels related to established objectives.
• Assign and co-ordinate branch managers and employees in multiple offices, providing oversight across their respective regions.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance industry and actively participate in professional associations related to insurance.
• Establish and implement policies and procedures.
• Plan and direct market research studies.
• Oversee the preparation of reports.
• Manage contracts.
• Oversee the collection and analysis of date and information.
• Plan and direct advertising and marketing campaigns.
• Address customer’s complaints of concerns.
